AHS girls track team travels to Wilcox-Hildreth for first meet


The Arapahoe High School  Warrior track teams traveled to Wilcox for the Wilcox-Hildreth Invite on Saturday, March 24.

The Arapahoe girls placed ninth with 22.0 points.  Giltner won the meet with 113 points.  The boys placed seventh with 31.50 points.  Axtell placed first with 151 points.  Arapahoe placed seventh in the combined team scores with 53.50 points.  Axtell edged out Giltner to win the meet with 196 points.

The Arapahoe girls were led by their performance in the 3200 meter run.  Joslyn North placed first in the event with a time of 13:55.90.  Adrienne Einspahr placed second in the event with a time of 14:08.20. Adrienne North took sixth place in the event with a time of 14:21.20   Joslyn North also placed in the 1600 meter run.  She was sixth with a time of 6:15.20.  Lauren Bahe placed fifth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:09.00.
